Rusyad is at the forefront of MCI’s Venture Fund activities, where strategy meets execution. His daily responsibilities include sourcing promising deals, conducting due diligence on potential investees, and playing an active role in fundraising and infrastructure setup for new funds. He also leads efforts in investor relations and fund management, helping ensure that partnerships remain strong and aligned for long-term growth.

As an ENTJ, Rusyad thrives in dynamic environments and naturally gravitates toward leadership roles. He’s bold, decisive, and always thinking a few steps ahead—driving initiatives with a sharp eye for opportunity and a focus on results.

He has also passed CFA Level 1, that supports him in excelling at his day-to-day responsibilities.
