Salman leads MCI’s venture fund management from end to end—covering fundraising, investments, portfolio monitoring, and divestments. With his ESFJ personality, he brings a warm, collaborative approach to building relationships with investors, partners, and internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned toward shared goals.
He has managed two key funds: the Merah Putih Fund, which invests in Indonesia-focused companies across multiple sectors, and the BTN Fund, supporting PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. digital housing and financial ecosystem. From fund formation and investor engagement to portfolio management and exit strategies, Salma ensures every step delivers long-term value.
Before joining MCI, Salman built his career in investment banking, private equity, and corporate strategy—serving at PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia, STAR Capital, Sinar Mas Mining Group, and PT CIMB Niaga Tbk. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bakrie University.
He holds a Sertifikasi Wakil Manajer Investasi (WMI), enhancing his expertise in managing investments professionally and in compliance with regulations.
