Alamanda Shanty P.
Independent Commissioner
Alamanda is widely recognized for her pivotal role in GO-JEK’s early days, where she served as Vice President and helped develop 14 key products, including GO-FOOD. A self-taught coder since the age of 14, her career took off after meeting Nadiem Makarim during her time as Head of Engineering at Kartuku.
In 2017, Alamanda founded Binar Academy—realizing a long-held dream to empower Indonesia’s young talent with practical tech skills and collaborative values. Starting in Yogyakarta, BSD, and Batam, Binar has since grown into a hub for innovation and digital learning.
True to her INTJ personality, she combines strategic vision with a results-driven approach, whether building groundbreaking products or shaping the next generation of tech leaders. Today, she also serves as Independent Commissioner at PT Blue Bird Tbk and PT Mandiri Capital Indonesia, as well as a member of the Data Management Committee at Hermina Hospital (2022–2024).
