Dinar oversees MCI’s executive operations by ensuring that every strategic plan is followed by neat, well-documented execution. Before joining MCI, she gained experience as an Executive Secretary at Bank Indonesia and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Gadjah Mada University. Her experience and education have shaped her strong diplomacy and organizational skills.

Dinar is known for being highly structured and communicative in managing both administrative and strategic tasks. She plays a central role in maintaining smooth coordination between leaders and departments and ensures consistent follow-up on every strategic decision that has been made, so that the company’s operations run smoothly.
