He also projects MCI’s financial performance—providing the insights needed to make smart, strategic decisions.

With over eight years of experience as a Relationship Manager in corporate banking and structured finance, Sthira brings both technical expertise and a people-first approach to his role. His ENFJ personality makes him naturally collaborative and solution-oriented, helping him connect the dots between finance and the bigger picture of MCI’s growth.

A graduate of Prasetiya Mulya University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Finance concentration), Sthira blends analytical thinking with strong communication skills—making him a trusted partner in driving MCI’s financial strategy forward.
