Dipo is the people person behind MCI’s workplace—making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. In the Legal & HR Division, he handles everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development. He also helps shape workplace policies, supports leaders, and keeps MCI’s work culture positive, collaborative, and growth-focused.

With an INFJ personality, Dipo blends empathy and strategy, ensuring every HR decision supports both people and business goals.

Before joining MCI, he started his career in the aviation industry, later expanding his expertise as an HR Business Partner in the financial sector. He holds a degree in Business Administration from UNPAR, Bandung.
