Natasya wears two important hats at MCI—safeguarding the firm’s legal integrity and shaping its people strategy. She leads legal due diligence and contract negotiations for investments, ensuring every move aligns with Indonesian law, OJK regulations, and strong governance principles. Beyond legal frameworks, she also manages regulatory relationships, legal risks, and supports portfolio companies with their legal needs.

In her HR role, Natasya oversees internal policies, labor law compliance, and organizational culture. From talent acquisition to performance management, she drives people-centric strategies that support MCI’s growth and values.

As an ESTJ-A, Natasya brings structure, decisiveness, and clarity to everything she does. She’s pragmatic, dependable, and never afraid to lead from the front—making her a cornerstone of both legal rigor and team development at MCI.
